Website Redesign

Your organisation has moved forward. Your website should too.

A clearer structure, a more useful mobile experience and a website your team can manage with confidence. We help you work out what to keep, what to improve and what needs rebuilding.

When the website you have no longer fits the organisation you are.

Your services may have changed. Your brand may have evolved. Or everyday tasks might take longer than they should. A redesign starts by understanding those problems, then agreeing the improvements that matter most.

Your offer is hard to understand

Visitors struggle to find the right service, understand your value or see what to do next.

Mobile feels like an afterthought

Small text, awkward layouts, difficult forms or slow pages make the site harder to use on a phone.

Updates are a headache

Outdated tools, inconsistent layouts or a confusing editor make simple changes unnecessarily difficult.

Start with what is there

A useful redesign begins with a proper review.

We review the current website, your audiences, existing content and the actions you want visitors to take. Where available, analytics and search information help us make informed decisions about structure and priorities.

Sometimes a focused improvement is enough. Sometimes a rebuild offers a better foundation. We will explain the options and agree the scope before work begins.

What we look at

  • How clearly your services and messages are presented.
  • Navigation, page structure and important visitor journeys.
  • Mobile usability, forms and enquiry routes.
  • Content worth keeping, updating or consolidating.
  • Your current platform, integrations and maintenance needs.
  • Existing page URLs and search visibility that need consideration.

A considered refresh, from content to launch.

The agreed project can cover strategy, content, design and development together, with a clear handover at the end.

Structure & content

A revised sitemap, clearer service pages and practical content guidance that helps visitors find the information they need.

Brand & visual design

A consistent design that reflects your current identity and makes important information easier to read.

Responsive WordPress build

Flexible page layouts, tested across screen sizes, with editing tools shaped around the changes your team needs to make.

Forms & connections

Enquiry forms, booking links and agreed integrations that support the way your organisation works.

Migration & launch checks

Agreed content migration, URL mapping and redirects where required, with checks on links, forms and key journeys.

Handover & support

Guidance for everyday updates, agreed analytics checks and a clear plan for maintenance after launch.

A clear process. Fewer surprises.

We keep the work organised around agreed decisions and review points, so you know what is happening and what we need from you.

  1. Review & scope. Assess the current site, identify priorities and agree deliverables.
  2. Plan & design. Map the pages, develop the content approach and review the proposed design.
  3. Build & test. Develop the website and check mobile layouts, links, forms and agreed functionality.
  4. Launch & hand over. Coordinate the switch, check the live journeys and show your team how to manage the site.

Planning a redesign?

Can we keep our existing content and domain?

Usually, yes. We review what is useful and agree what to retain or update. Your domain can normally stay in place, with hosting and access requirements checked during planning.

Will the current website stay online during the work?

We normally build and review the replacement separately, then coordinate the launch. Any expected interruption or changes to connected services are discussed in advance.

What happens to our existing search visibility?

We review important pages and URLs, retain them where appropriate and plan redirects for agreed changes. Search rankings cannot be guaranteed, and we check the agreed search and tracking setup after launch.

Does everything need to be rebuilt?

No. If improvements to the structure, content or selected pages would address the problem, we can scope that approach. The review helps determine whether a refresh or rebuild makes more sense.

How long does a redesign take, and what does it cost?

That depends on the size of the site, content readiness, functionality and migration requirements. Share your current website and priorities, and we will outline a realistic scope, timeline and quote.
